Welcome to the VERY first fan site for the hit cbs show! This site was put together because the show is amazingly good and fans need a place where they can get news and information about the show as well as be able to interact with other fans. So have fun and be sure to come back.

Next Episode (Wednesday Oct 25)
According to CBS's schedule next week is a re-run of last season's "Slutty Pumpkin", however I believe that the Class will not be airing next week so we will get a full hour of HIMYM including the new episode "Crazy Eyes". I called CBS but haven't gotten a ring back. Will post details soon.

This Week's Episode (Wednesday Oct 25)
This week's episode did well in the ratings scoring a 6.4 which was #6 for Monday night. HIMYM and Two and a Half Men as well as "CSI Miami" propelled CBS on the night.

Last Week's Episode (Thursday Oct 12)
The ratings for last week were good. HIMYM was #8 in the key 18-49 demographic. If these numbers keep level we should get antoher season of the show.

This Monday (Thursday Oct 12)
This Monday's episode "Wold's Greatest Couple" is great! Lily moves in with Barney and things get a bit hectic. Don't miss it.

This Week (Thursday Oct 5)
Just so you are aware, How I Met Your Mother will be moving timeslots starting this coming Monday (the 9th). HIMYM and "The Class" will switch spots, so you can now catch the show at 8PM on Mondays.

This week's episode is called "Ted Mosby, Architect". Ted whines about his job being boring so Barney tries to explain that being an architect is a great way to meet girls...Hilarity ensues.

The ratings for last episode were VERY good. HIMYM scored a 6.2/9 which was #7 on the entire night! "The Class" was #11 for the night and the low numbers prompted CBS to swap the two timeslots.

Josh Radnor PEOPLE Mag Interview (Saturday Sep 23)
In a small fluff piece for People Magazine, Josh Radnor was questioned about his character and the parallels to his real life.

In it Josh talks about being a poster boy for romantic commitment, what he did on his Summer vacation, and when he is going to find that special someone. Josh also reveals an interesting tidbit about his character Ted. Apparently this season will see a much more "mellow" Ted. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Part of what makes Ted Ted is his intensity.

Ratings (Saturday Sep 23)
The ratings for the HIMYM season premiere were very solid. Not quite spectacular like many were expecting given the strong cliffhanger season finale, but still very acceptable. The one troubling ratings note is that Old Christine beat us out and if this becomes a consistent trend the show could *possibly* get replaced midseason (in January).

How I Met Your Mother is BACK...BUYA! (Sunday Sep 17)
Sorry for being away, but I had family issues to take care of this summer. But we are back and better than ever with season 2.

The season premiere is on at 8:30PM and is entitled "Where Were We" and picks up with a sad Marshall and a happy Ted & Robin. I was lucky enough to watch this eppy and it is very good. One of my favorites.

In other CBS news, none of the new shows (especially comedies) look any good so the show is most likely going to get another season after this one barring any unforeseen ratings disasters. So buck up, we have fresh episodes this week!

Wonderful News (Wednesday May 17)
How I Met Your Mother has been picked up for 22 episodes next Fall! I think most people thought this was pretty much a lock, but this morning it was made official. Congrats to the cast and producers. And thanks to all of our visitors for making this the #1 HIMYM fansite!

Season Finale (Saturday May 13)
Season finale is here folks. Yep. How I Met Your Mother is over for the season. Monday's episode is called "Come On" and in it Ted tries to keep Robin from going away on a camping trip. He enlists the help of an old friend.

I've seen the episode, and it is quite good. So fire up your TIVO's and get together with some friends. Watch the Trailer

I absolutely LUV the "Drumroll Please" episode! This is something that would really happen...and I'm a sucker for boy meets girl/loses girl/finds girl storyline :) VERY heartwarming and almost made me wish something like that would happen to me
